Zirconia processing without compromise

The StecoGrind system (IMAGO) bases on the ideas and development of master dental technician Christian Moss (Hamburg) and contains different components for manufacturing all ceramic cone attachments with galvanic secondary copings (acc. Dr. P. Weigl, University Frankfurt). Beyond this implant abutments, crowns and bridges made off zirconia ceramics can be processed appropiately.

StecoGrind diamonds for zirconia attachments

Perfect surfaces with the turbine!

Telescopes, cones or individual attachments made of zirconia ceramics have to be perfectly smooth. Only with this a perfect and long lasting fit with directly galvanized copings or secondary structures can be reached.

StecoGrind diamond grinder system comes with three shapes in five diamond grids (80, 40 ,15, 8, 4 µm). The tools are processed over the surface one after another from the roughes to the finest. The finest diamond has a 4µm grid. The resulting surface is as smooth as a glazed coffe mug. No further work step with polish paste is needed.

Form A:  2° con diameter 2.5mm , rounded tip

Form B:  0° cylinder diameter 1.79 mm, rounded tip

Form C:  0° cylinder diameter 1.2 mm, rounded tip

StecoGrind diamond burrs can be purchses as complete set with all 15 types or as singel parts.

elaborate zirconia frameworks

Grinding zirconia

Corwns and bridge frameworks don’t fall from the machine ready for use. They have to be treated afterwards.

The Intensiv ZirkonSet contains 18 different diamond tools in useful shapes and grids.

They can be ordered in refill pack with 6 pieces of course.

The galvanic bount natural diamonds make the intensiv tools special and long lasting.

Splashguard Tube

Forget the towel on the lap!

Sintered zirconia has to be machined under water cooling. The Splashguard tube protects the desk from the cooling water. The tube has sede entries for maximum workspace on one side and maximum protection on the other side.

It can be turned to place the sight opening in an ergonomic position or under the microscope.

The tube can be turned to be used by sinistrals as well.

The cooling water flows through a provided hose in a bucked or canister.
